July 2010 ...twenty four months later

Our lives in Rockport; About 24 months ago we moved to our little coastal town, time really does not moves fast around here, is really all about Events...visits, outings, projects, work,church, family, friends, pets, tv shows...and so on... you get my point, when my daughter Sandra comes with my grands is an event, when my Mom and her crew(Sis and Niece) come to see us is an event...Well a Big Event came in a beautiful pk of three, Albert,Codie and Tuff for their summer visit, we had a blast...I specially love it, we spend lots of quality time together. Thank you for making our life happier.

summertime...

Just finished and we starting again; For the past three months putting together a team of leaders called The Unit, young adults with the desire to help a generation of young people,finally we went live with our first event called jclub, it was amazing, all the sacrifice and work paid off...now we have passed on the leadership to a couple Sam and Emily and they took off with a healthy and vibrant youth group called Power House...our next project a brand new children ministry....again putting together a team, curriculum, coaching and equipping...for The Glory of God.

Easter Weekend or Resurrection day as we know it...

We had a great time in Kenedy with the kids...is our first year, that we participate of such festivites, since is not a part of our culture to hunt for eggs ...but, we had a great time of fellowship, and I have to agree that the kids had fun,running and playing...Is good to do different things specially if your little ones are involved.Great times and thanks to the Hill's family for having us, be a part.I also have to say that sharing with my daughther's in law, has expanded our little family...and I feel a sense of belonging...Thank God for it!...g

The new kind of love

Natural human love has failed it is a tragedy; God's love is unconditional, no whys..He love us, just because! Ephesians 5:1-2 Be imitators of God as beloved children, even as Christ also love us and give Himself up for us....the other kinds of love (Phileo,Storges and Eros)can all be legitimize as beautiful expressions of Agape Love, but not one by itself is sufficient base to built a meaningful and lasting, longterm relationship, we need to love like God love,Giving of ourself without any conditions.LOVE is not love unless you give it.g
